Location

The Graefeviertel neighborhood in Berlin's Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain district—which includes Müllenhoffstraße—is roughly located between Kottbuser Damm in the east and Fontanepromenade in the west, and between the Landwehr Canal in the north and Volkspark Hasenheide in the south. The Graefeviertel is one of the most beloved parts of this extremely popular neighborhood, with wonderful restaurants, cafes, bars and small shops. When you live here, you really feel like part of the neighborhood. Volkspark Hasenheide – one of the city's largest and most beautiful parks, with room to jog, stroll, or picknick, a small children’s zoo, and a dog run, among other attractions – is just a short walk away. Or, you can head over to the Admiralsbrücke, where neighbors and visitors alike sit by the canal to soak in the city. The infrastructure here is excellent – everything you need and more is available within a few hundred meters. The Graefeviertel is less of a nightlife district, and more of a daytime destination. The residents like it that way. At Hermannplatz, you can take the U7 and U8 underground lines to quickly reach Alexanderplatz or Potsdamerplatz, among other destinations.
